• The exact action that produced the problem.
• The complete error message, if one appeared.
• A screenshot or a simplified model only when it can be shared safely.

Do not send passwords, license credentials, payment information, confidential client models, or personal data that is not necessary to diagnose the issue.

Response target

NFOSC handles requests on a best-effort basis and aims to reply within five Spanish business days. This target is not a guaranteed service level.

Supported launch configuration

SketchUp 2026 desktop on Windows, with an English or Spanish interface. SketchUp Web, macOS, and other SketchUp versions are not included in the initial compatibility claim.
