- Your SketchUp version and Windows version.
- The exact action that produced the problem.
- The selected reflection depth and image width.
- The complete error message, if one appeared.
- A screenshot or a simplified model only when it can be shared safely.
Do not send passwords, payment information, confidential client models, or personal data that is not necessary to diagnose the issue.
Response target
NFOSC handles requests on a best-effort basis and aims to reply within five Spanish business days. This target is not a guaranteed service level.
Supported beta configuration
SketchUp 2026 desktop on Windows, with an English or Spanish interface. SketchUp Web, macOS, and other SketchUp versions are not included in the current compatibility claim.
